Definition of Portrait Photography: posed portraiture of individuals by professional
photographers/videographers or by amateurs acting in the role of a professional.
PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY POLICIES
The photographer/videographer agrees to abide by the Portrait Photography Policies outlined
below.
NO RESERVATION REQUIRED, NO FEE
There are no restrictions for photographs taken outside Union Station. No fee is
required however we ask that you respect other visitors and watch our tender plants and
gardens.
NO RESERVATION REQUIRED, $25 PER HOUR
The public space inside (Lobby) is available for $25 per hour without a reservation.
Please be courteous of our other visitors and keep walkways, and all entryways
accessible. Keep use of props and backdrops to a minimum. Do not use Union Station
tables and chairs. Lobby benches may be used.
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
To photograph in Gallery 51, Browning Theater Annex, Browning Theater, Wattis-Dumke
and Old Timers Room requires a 7 day in advance reservation plus an additional $35
per hour.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
The Museums and Gallery at the Station are not available
Private events in any location in the Station are off limits. This includes the entryway
and hallways to the reserved area.
Hallway restrooms may be used. Ogden Union Station assumes no liability for loss,
theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Portraits inside the Station must conclude and participants ready to leave by closing time
(5pm). The Station reserves the right to limit groups arriving less than two hours before
closing time.
Be aware that the railroad tracks behind Union Station are active. Ogden Union Station
assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage to equipment. Failure to follow these rules
may result in expulsion from Ogden Union Station and/or denial of future requests.

Closed New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
