Heritage Fest is a cultural day of discovery featuring the museums and fun activities for the whole family.  Performances, Activities, Food, Fun! Open 10am to 5pm, Saturday, May 14th at Ogden’s Historic Union Station.  2501 Wall Avenue, Ogden.

ADMISSION IS FREE !

Student Art Competition

Open to Weber County students in 7th – 12th grades, this is an all media competition with prizes. Click the link above for further information.

All-Day Activities

Kids enjoy the train ride around Union Station’s fountain plaza, weather permitting.

Model Railroad Exhibit
Celebrate Ogden’s Railroad Heritage.  The Browning Theater will be filled with model train exhibits from the Hostlers Model Railroad Club, the Northern Division , NMRA and Bob Canon’s Kids Train.

UTA and Operation Lifesaver
UTA will have a Frontrunner locomotive on display on track one behind the Station and Operation Lifesaver will have train crossing safety information and activities.

UPSTART – Learn about UPSTARTS free readiness education program.  Kids activity.

Cottages of Hope  – Learn about Cottages of Hope’s Free tax prep for kids attending college and needing to apply for financial aid.

WSU Community Education Center – Learn more about college enrollment, GED classes in Spanish and English, and the Learning of Legacy program which helps families with household skills, career goals, and educational goals.

WSU Access and Diversity Program – Learn information about the Office of Access and Outreach, Transition Program and Partnerships, the Center for Multicultural Excellence, Diversity and Inclusive Programs, and the LGBT Resource Center. The Wildcat booth will have games, fun, exciting new updates, and you can learn about your heritage or share your heritage with us!
